Coming to therapy can be a big step, it takes courage. Together we will figure out how to activate your unique talents and strengths to help you move forward and give you more hope for the future. I offer more than just talk therapy. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist. EMDR can be very effective in helping people heal from emotional distress quicker than in traditional treatment modalities. I also use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which is a body centered approach to working with trauma. I also offer other therapy modalities depending on your needs and goals.
